Standard UK Mainland Deliveries Only

Free Delivery

Free delivery applies to UK mainland addresses for orders over £99 (excluding VAT). Orders must meet the minimum total value to qualify.

Standard Delivery Charges

A £7.99 + VAT charge applies to all orders under £99 (excluding VAT). This fee is non-refundable once the order has been dispatched.

Delivery Timeframe

UK mainland orders placed before 1:00 PM (Monday-Friday) are usually delivered within 1-3 working days. Deliveries are subject to stock availability and do not include public holidays.

Possible Delays

Occasionally, external factors beyond our control can cause delays of 1-2 additional working days.We do not accept liability for business losses due to late or failed deliveries. If you have an event or deadline, we strongly recommend ordering in advance to avoid inconvenience.

Bulk Orders

Orders exceeding courier size limits will be shipped via pallet delivery within 2-3 working days (9 AM - 5 PM). Additional charges may apply for timed or special deliveries, subject to availability.

Important Delivery Requirements

Ensure the correct delivery address, contact number, and postcode are provided at checkout to prevent delays or extra charges. Upon arrival, all deliveries must be checked, counted, and signed for to confirm receipt. Failed delivery attempts may result in orders being returned or held, and re-delivery costs will be charged if another attempt is required.

Additional Delivery Charges

The following postcode areas classified as “remote” by our carrier will incur additional shipping charges (charges will be based on the total weight and dimension of the consignment): Scottish Highlands - AB36-38, AB55-56, FK17-21, IV1-39, IV52-54, IV63, KW1-14, PA21-40, PH19-26, PH30-41, PH49-50,

Scottish Islands - HS1-9, IV40-51, IV55-56, KA27-28, KW15-17, PA41-49, PA60-78, PH42-44, ZE1-3 as well as Northern and Southern Ireland.

If you would like your order shipped to any of the postcodes listed above, or to a non-mainland UK address such as the Isle of Wight, Isle of Man or Channel Islands, please contact us to request a quote for the shipping charge prior to placing your order. Shipping charges are calculated according to the weight, dimensions and delivery destination of the order and we will advise you of the shipping charge before we take the payment for it and complete your order.

Working Days Explained

Working days are Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday & Friday (excluding any bank or national holidays). Any order placed on Saturday, Sunday or a bank or national holiday cannot be processed until the first working day after that and therefore will be treated as if ordered on that day. For example, an order placed on Saturday is treated as if it was ordered on Monday (unless Monday is a bank or national holiday).

European & International Deliveries

We can offer a wide range of shipping options to Europe and other countries worldwide. Please complete your order online and one of our sales advisors will be in touch to confirm our available shipping options and charges. Please note due to Brexit, custom procedures have now changed for sending goods out from the UK into Europe. Enviropack will not be held liable for any local custom clearance charges, import taxes or duties required at destination (please check with your local agent prior to ordering)

Returns

We will accept the return of goods fit for sale on their return (as they were on delivery). The return must be confirmed in writing prior to the goods being collected or dispatched and a 20% handling & re-stocking charge will be deducted from any refund made (unless the goods were defective when delivered). You must notify us of any items you would like to return within 14 working days from receipt of order. There will also be a minimum collection charge of £20+VAT for us to arrange collection for any unwanted items.
